Painting Shop Supervisor Engineer
Mission and Main Objectives
1.Manage facility & process of painting shop:Issue 4M change for any process modification.
2.Achieve target of QTC, MS:Comm. & Target for DPU, ok VES & indirect material and productivity.
3.Control paint shop annual budget:Comm. &Target for paint budget.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
*.Annual planning for quality – time of delivery, cost, and management with APW (Alliance Production Way)
*.Reporting to management about DPU achievement, VOC, etc.
*.Analyzing painting problems and working on solutions and C/M.
