Job Details:
As a Business Development Executive, you will work collaboratively with our On and Off premise customers (Cafes, Hotels, Bottleshops, Restaurants) to achieve budgeted sales, volume and profit targets whilst developing new business as the market continues to grow. You will generate and deliver strategies to expand your customers business and look for new innovative ways to drive volume and increase sales revenue across our Hot Beverage, Alcohol and Non-Alcoholic Ready to drink (NARTD) Portfolio.
About You
This is a crucial sales role that will see you driving sales results across our Hot Beverage/Alcohol and NARTD portfolio. Your prior sales experience, natural confidence, tenacious approach, together with high integrity and resilience will ensure you succeed. Flexibility will be required in this role, on occasion, you may be required to work outside of core business hours to conduct tastings for our customers, additionally, there will be a requirement to cover our customer base across Regional VIC which will involve some time away from home.
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
Passion to work within the coffee industry- prior coffee industry experience will be highly regarded
Proven sales experience and drive to build a successful business in a diverse and highly competitive market place.
Well developed communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with customers/ internal stakeholders
Exceptional planning and organisation skills with a focus on time management
A strong negotiator with impeccable influencing and sales ability
Commercially and financially astute coupled with strong business acumen
A clean valid driving licence is essential for this role
