Job Details:
The Financial Services Marketing Consultant will support the Financial Services Marketing Manager to drive marketing for the Financial Services Industry across lines of service (Consulting, Deals, Financial Services Assurance, Risk Assurance, Tax) for PwC Singapore. PwC undertakes a wide range of internal and external marketing campaigns to fulfil the Financial Services' business requirements and success.
Responsibilities
The role will require solid project management, strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in a Marketing role is preferred but candidates without relevant experience are welcome.
In this role, the successful candidate:
*.Works closely with the team to manage and support the execution of a range of activities as part of the Financial Services Marketing and Communications strategy in line with the overall business objectives.
*.Proactively identifies market trends and client issues to cover in our marketing activities via various outreach platforms.
*.Plans and executes events, client roundtables and briefings within specified timelines and budget.
*.Assists with the production of written literature and multimedia material for marketing and event purposes, ensuring a professional standard and consistency across all outgoing communications materials.
*.Liaises with the design team, and external vendors to ensure that all final deliverables are in compliance with brand guidelines and firm-wide comms policy.
*.Collects and analyses short and long-term ROI measures on specific M&C campaigns for future improvement.
*.Advises key stakeholders on M&C best practices as defined by the team, and strives to uphold quality and brand standards.
*.Proactively seeks to learn new marketing & comms techniques and channels to market, bringing fresh perspectives and new ideas on how to engage with our multiple audiences creatively and effectively.
*.Works effectively with the rest of the firm including the wider M&C function.
*.Brings curiosity and challenge so that marketing campaigns are continuously improved.
Requirements
*.Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/ communications, delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns (ideally within a professional services environment).
*.A solid understanding of integrated marketing & communications techniques, from idea generation to market execution. Experience in events management is preferred.
*.An effective communicator, with the ability to synthesize complex technical material into information that is relevant and engaging to our target audience.
*.Knowledge of new and traditional marketing channels; an interest in digital marketing would be an advantage.
*.Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
*.Strong people management skills and the ability to lead/drive campaigns independently while working collaboratively in a dynamic team to take initiative, prioritise plans and share ideas.
*.Good conflict resolution skills, with a flexible approach to problem-solving and maintain a positive attitude while under pressure.
*.The ability to develop, maintain and manage good relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
*.Well-rounded, creative individual who is able to think outside of the box.
*.Energetic, well-organised and proactive with a positive ‘can do’ approach.
*.A curious mind.
