Job Details:
Execute personnel,guest and goods transportation services using standard vehicles to timely service compliant with safety regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*. Policies and Procedures
Follow all relevant policies,processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
*.Day-to-Day Operations
Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs to ensure continuity of work.Work is reviewed at several steps along the way for accuracy
*.Safety,Quality&Environment
Comply with all relevant safety,security,quality,health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
*.
*. Provide transportation services to Etihad office personnel,crew and guests to ensure timely and safe operations compliant with internal and external regulations
*.Pick up and move goods using non-technical vehicles to ensure timely and cost efficient transfer
*.Reply to basic enquiries from personnel,crew and guests to provide a high quality service
*.Liaise with the maintenance supervisors to ensure timely maintenance of assigned vehicles
*.Collect,complete and deliver a wide range of mandatory documentation (e.g.Vehicle Passengers List) to ensure compliance to policies and regulations and accuracy of information
*.Regularly monitor and maintain the assigned vehicle to ensure safety and proper conditions overall conditions
*.Identify and report issues related to vehicle functioning to ensure they are timely addressed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
*.
*. Minimum High School certification .UAE Driving license is required
*.Minimum of 3 years driving experience
