Job Details:
Your main duties will be:ü During Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start Up
*.Review and develop as needed commissioning procedures
*.Review and develop SOP’s (standard operating procedures)
*.Participate to Plant Walk downs meant to verify systems readiness
*.Witness pre-commissioning activities in order to ensure compliance to Project standards
*.Lead the execution of commissioning activities
*.Mentor less experience colleagues
ü During Operations
*.Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.
*.Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
*.Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production process.
*.Provide suggestions during incident investigations.
*.Advise on corrective actions.
*.Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective and working production process.
*.Ensure projects are completed on time.
Requirements
*.15 years’ experience as minimum
*.Previous experience in petrochemical plants, specifically:
*.Aromatics
*.Naphtha
*.Cumene Phenol
*.Utilities (common units)
