Based in the Heart of the City of London, this leading FX brokerage is looking for a natural born, hungry and enthusiastic sales person. Part of a well-respected financial group which works with a host of global banks, funds, corporates, small and medium sized businesses.
To be successful youmusthave:
*.Minimum 6 months outbound telesales experience(preferably in the financial industry)
*.Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
*.Genuine interest in financial markets
*.Highly motivated and KPI driven
*.Have determination to succeed withinin a telesales role. This is a 100% new business development position.
The role:
*.Sourcing and generating new business
*.Appointment booking
*.Building a pipeline of corporate clients
*.Working towards pre-determined daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
*.Developing relationships
*.Learning about FX products
This role will require the successful candidate to learn from and work closely with their appointed senior dealer. This is an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the world’s largest financial market place and progress to a senior dealing and execution role.
After 6 months of lead generation you will move into a dealing role and be expected to execute orders and build your own client book of finance directors, CFOs, Financial controllers etc.
