Job Details:
This position is responsible for coordinating upgrades, modifications, enhancements and projects related to the LMS and for generating Reporting & Analysis to support TLS markets. The candidate will develop and communicate metric reports, analyze process gaps, provide recommendations to the leadership team for implementation. Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Learning Management System. Set up and maintain workshops (e.g., Quarterly Schedule) and curriculums. Maintain system-defined notifications, including course assignments, registrations, completions and evaluations. Populate and maintain LMS with classroom locations. Conduct testing and validation of new modifications and upgrades and assist with implementation. Responsible for all escalated issues submitted via telephone, email, etc and notifying users of outages/issues. Train or assist supervisors / employees on accessing exception reports, training transcripts and LMS records. Assist with LMS registration and the scheduling employee courses. Assign, register and report on employee courses such as annual and/or new hire certifications. Closely adhere to the Reporting & Analytics schedule to ensure monthly performance reports are processed, validated and distributed on a timely manner. Generate monthly reports using Advanced Excel. Work with key stakeholders to design and develop new reporting solutions as required. Audit data and support data corrections in the online tool.
QualificationsQualifications: The Person Should Hold a Graduate Degree and Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Experience in creating Dashboards using Tableau 8.1 or 8.2, or similar software. Tableau Server experience a plus Intermediate Excel Skills Experience analyzing, synthesizing, identifying trends and identifying conclusions from large amounts of data Experience in learning and development LMS (Learning Management System) administration a plus Exceptional organizational skills, extremely detail-oriented and excellent time management Demonstrated ability to drive results/self-motivate without direct supervision Experience working across boundaries / in a virtual environment Ability to analyze business partner requests and translate into useful, sustainable reporting solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively via telephone and e-mail with customers and peers
