Job Details:
The successful candidate will be expected to provide logistical support to both local and regional customers by carrying out the functions below.Import administrative processes:-1. Handle the order processing to Product Company or Distribution Center.2. Order follow up with the Product Company or Distribution Center.3. Daily update of the order tracking database and to keep it always up-to-date.4. Monitor and ensure the shipment is in accordance with the required delivery promises.5. Shipping and clearance processes in conjunction with shipping / logistic service providers.He/she will have daily interaction with distribution centers, customers and company sales personnel:-1. Provide timely feedback on the ordering process to Internal & External customers.2. Support the sales team on Incoterms /documentary credit.
Knowledge
Thorough knowledge of all logistic processes involved (operational, administrative and analytical).You have at least 3 years experience in different logistic domains.Good knowledge of different IT tools in general and ERP systems in particular.
Educational requirements
University Degree/Diploma preferably in Supply Chain Management.
Personality requirements
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.Disciplined with good attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and duties.Able to work under pressure.
