Job Details:
This position will be a member of a small team managing facilities infrastructure projects on the Ronler Campus. The primary mission of the Facilities Infrastructure team is the facilities development and transfer to high volume logic factory.
In this position, you will support developing and managing programs ensuring facilities projects are identified, funded, scoped and executed on time optimizing cost.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Data System Ownership and Analysis
- Organizing and manage business processes around data systems
- Ad-hoc data analysis to identify risks
- Tracking data integrity. Meeting with stakeholders to close gaps
- Supporting other applications developed by the team Application Development:
- Executing full life cycle development including design, development, testing, documentation, user training and implementation.
- Rapid Prototyping using MS Access, Excel, SharePoint, InfoPath, and SQL Server,
- Work with business partners to migrate from prototypes to scalable, sustainable platform Business Analysis and Project Management:
- Gathering and fully documenting business and user requirements.
- Analyzing and documenting business processes.
- Planning and executing assigned projects, including coordinating efforts of cross departmental resources.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
At least 1 year in:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, including use of VBA
- Strong working background in MS Excel*: pivot tables, formulas, and VBA
- Strong working background in MS Access* or the like: advanced forms with dynamic connection to stored procedures on other databases
- Experience in database design and data modeling
- Experience with developing .Net Web applications with a strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and C#
Preferred:
- Knowledge of silicon product development, semi-conductor facilities systems and/or tools highly desired
- Background in project controls highly desired.
- MS Project Server implementation experience highly desired
- Extensive use of project management software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft* SQL Server and .Net* based development technologies, C#, VB and ADO
- Working knowledge of MS Infopath
- Working knowledge of Microsoft* Office* SharePoint Server
- Experience with XML would be an added advantage..
