As a Marketing manager, you are a fully dedicated business leader, shaping the future of one of our many Google products. Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (AdWords, AdSense, DoubleClick, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
The Jakarta-based Indonesia Small and Medium Business (SMB) Marketing team is looking for an entrepreneurial, results-driven professional who is looking to make a real difference in the lives of small and medium businesses while contributing to our strong year-on-year business growth. Our team is at the center of driving Indonesia's digital economy forward by enabling all businesses to make the most of the web.
As a Product Marketing Manager for Small and Medium Business Marketing, you’ll drive large-scale campaigns and manage acquisition channels across Indonesia, helping shape the marketing strategy for one of Google’s most important businesses. You’ll partner with global and local marketing teams to drive growth in the region. Rigorous testing and experimentation will be critical as you shape regional strategy, spread best practices and help the local team reach our marketing goals.
Responsibilities
*.Drive the B2B advertisers acquisition strategy and drive business growth for SMB in Indonesia.
*.Own multiple acquisition channels.
*.Develop integrated marketing programs to find, attract and engage advertisers to Google.
*.Track and analyze marketing programs to optimize overall results and plan campaign and channel mix.
Minimum qualifications
*.BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
*.Relevant marketing and/or consulting experience.
*.Ability to speak and write English and Indonesian Bahasa languages fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications
*.Relevant work experience analyzing product, customer, market dynamics and opportunities in the analytics and search advertising space.
*.Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans and campaigns that drive high ROI.
*.Understanding of the search, online advertising and/or web publishing market; penchant for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics with strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market.
*.Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills.
