Job Details:
Reporting directly into the Senior Sales Director, ANZ you will be primarily responsible for providing support to local sales and consulting staff, assisting in the operation of sale cycles as well as performing general administrative tasks. To secure this position, you’ll be a team player with a strong customer focus. You’ll work well independently, have s good attention to detail and display a can do attitude.Key Responsibilities:
*.Handle direct incoming customer phone/email inquiries and escalate any issues as appropriate
*.Provide local support to assigned sales management and sales representatives as required
*.Handle invoicing inquiries
*.Manage renewal cycle process and assist with reporting
*.Support local sales on sale quotations and other sales documentation as required
*.Provide any necessary administrative support to local sales staff in regards to renewal activity
*.General administrative support as and when required
Skills And Qualifications
*.Undergraduate degree
*.Previous experience in customer and/or sales support environment
*.Excellent time management and organisational skills
*.Strong communication skills
*.Ability to use Microsoft Excel to a high standard
