Job Details:
The successful applicant will have experience in Personal Lines or from a Commercial Claims background. You will work closely with the team and contribute to the claims management of a significant portfolio of A-list clients.
You Will Be Responsible For
*.Claims and service delivery for a portfolio of High Net worth Private Clients
*.Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships including clients and insurers
*.Managing the renewal of client insurance programs
*.Managing outcomes with underwriters, overseeing complex premiums and understanding technical policy wording
*.Enhancing client experiences
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Display
*.Strong technical understanding of Personal Lines is required with some Commercial Claims Insurance product knowledge ideal but not essential
*.Exceptional client relationship management capabilities
*.First-class communication and presentation skills
*.Strong time management and organisational skills
*.Tier 1 Insurance Broking Qualification
