Key Qualifications
*.10+ years of proven software development experience architecting, developing, and launching large scale commercial software products and/or services
*.Expert level knowledge and experience with Java and J2EE / Spring, Web MVC architectures
*.10+ years of experience developing RESTful services using Java , Spring (or similar technologies)
*.10+ years of experience with Core Java, J2EE / Spring / Hibernate
*.Expertise in modern database/storage technologies including relational databases (Ex. MySQL) as well as NoSQL databases (Ex. Cassandra, MongoDB etc)
*.Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*.Familiarity with web technologies (HTML , CSS . Javascript) is a plus
*.Expertise with REST / soap / XML / JSON
*.Knowledge of network and web related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, routing protocols)
*.7+ years of deep technical expertise in building a multi tiered services layer with a special emphasis on performance tuning, scalability, reliability
*.Understanding of Angular JS or similar JavaScript technologies, HTML/CSS, Responsive Web Programming, Test-Driven development is a plus
*.Someone who loves problem solving and who can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Description
As a Technical Delivery Manager you will design, develop and lead server side development for several products are consumer facing as well as used internally
Develop RESTful web services using Java , Spring , SQL / No SQL db’s
Building fault tolerant highly available services
Obsessed with attention to technical details
Ability to mentor engineering staff and help build upon our momentum
You design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software products.
Take responsibility for the overall planning and execution of complex technical projects
Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to senior management
Education
BS / MS in Computer Science or related engineering field
Additional Requirements
Desired experience:
Experience building HCM systems
Working with highly leveraged outsourcing model
Knowledge of SOX, PCI, and related compliance standards
Experience with Testing Tools and methodologies..
