Job Details:
1. Coordinate the Additive replenishment of Distribution operated Terminals, Outside Supply points and JVs.
2. Act as backup to existing two Stock Reconcilors for Oman and UAE in routine and in their absence.
Accountabilities:
-Daily stock monitoring for timely replenishment within terminals.
-Optimizing stocks at terminals as per their storage capacities.
-Monitoring Loss gain performance of terminals in additives and investigate any abnormalities.
-Monthly stock review and sharing with Businesses for seeking approval to place next ordering.
-Managing contracts and their timely revision with updation of rates within the system.
-Preparing PR and sending PO to supplier.
-Arranging payment of suppliers.
-Tacking consignment to foresee any delays.
-Processing payments and insurance for clearance of goods through clearing agent.
-Ensure timely processing of payments/ invoices of Supplier, clearing agent and transporters -within Shell system as per CP process.
-Disposal of empty drums/ IBC through approved Waste management company.
-Support TO Support Lead in managing other Operational matters as needed.
Special Challenges:
-Ensuring Zero stock out in all grades at all times.
-Ensure PQ at all times.
-Ensure all disposal certificates are received from Disposal company and kept for record and future references.
-Ensure to have alternate suppliers in order to ensure fool proof supply chain of additives.
-Support TO Support in implementing various initiatives / projects that comes time to time.
-Monitoring of T&S Opex.
-Carry out Benchmarking exercise for S&H Locations.
-Super user for Pro Steward eSDS.
Experience and Qualifications required:
Having good understanding of Terminal operations
No past experience required but Distribution operations experience will be preferred.
