Responsibilities
*.Define cluster vision and key strategies to win and be at the leading edge of media in the local market / cluster
*.Annual Media landscape assessment and P&G competitive media assessment (incl. digital) as input to business reviews along with BOIM
*.Local media profiling incl. 1+123 consumer segmentation
*.TV (open & paid), Press, Radio, Outdoor, Cinema, i-media planning incl. Paid search and social media paid activity
*.Innovative media tools relevant to local consumers and/or the specific initiative
*.In-store mass media planning, learning if relevant in country / cluster
*.Proactive branded / media entertainment content development (TV and digital), derive learning, share and re-apply across categories
*.Manage on-going day to day operations (documentation and materials traffic)
*.Tracking post-buy including digital
*.Analysis of media research incl. ROI analysis
*.Agency evaluation, agency structure definition and fee definition (within global framework)
*.Financial controls and stewardship
Specific in store responsibilities
1.In-store Trial
a. Define MDO / cluster vision and key strategies to win and be at the leading edge of In-store in the local market / cluster
b. Annual landscape and P&G competitive assessment (incl. digital) as input to business reviews (along with BOIM)
c. Local profiling incl. 1+123 consumer segmentation and program creation to reach chosen segments
d. Work with BOIM to establish role of consultants, demonstrators, or promoters on the brand
e. Fully manage the process of agency selection, staff training, enabling materials such as RTB tools, controls, etc.
f. Track & report results and relevant process measures, e.g. staff turnover, etc.
2.Customer & Channel Marketing (C&CM) – (please refer to separate role description)
3.POSM management
a. Creation of FMOT matrix to deliver best plan ROI (along with CBD and CMK)
b. Fully manage the process from planning to design to production to delivery at CBD nominated destination
c. Track & report at each stage
Specific direct to consumer marketing responsibilities
· Define MDO / cluster vision and key strategies to win and be at the leading edge of DTCM in the local market / cluster for life stage/ 1+123 consumer groups (single or multi brand)
· Annual landscape assessment and P&G competitive assessment (incl. digital) as input to business reviews along with BOIM
· Local profiling incl. 1+123 consumer segmentation to sharpen existing programs or create program/ GTM capabilities (in coordination with in store pillars) to reach chosen segments
· Ensure Trial / CDI Machine adoption and creation of ROI matrix, as part of life stage and 1+123 relevant country/ clusters consumer groups
· Scope includes all single and multi-brand trial and loyalty programs at POME/POMC and CRM
· Innovative tools relevant to local consumers/ shoppers and/or the specific initiative
· Manage on-going day to day operations
· Tracking and reporting
· ROI analysis
· Agency evaluation, agency structure definition and fee definition (within global framework)
Qualifications
Requirements
*.Bachelor or Honours University degree - procurement or media discipline will be an asset
*.Eligibility to work & live in Ghana
*.Fluent in Ghanian local language(s)
*.Proven leadership and problem solving skills
*.Ability to manage multiple priorities; prepared to take responsibility;...
