Mission
Responsible for department’s growth, profit and loss in line with divisional guidelinesPrepare, define & execute the Strategic Business Plan & Marketing and Operational strategies in line with company directives Maximize the 1:1 ratio and service all what we sellPromote always ‘One Face to the Customer’ –concept and have a seamless co-operation with other divisionsDevelop our key customer relationships to the next levelDevelop our MRS organization and operation in accordance with the divisional targetsMain Responsibilities:The MRS BLM is responsible for making sure that the MRS department is managed according to the divisional targets and expectations, and that our customer satisfaction remains on a very high level. The most important responsibilities are the following:· Responsible for Ghana, Sierra Leone, Liberia.· Profit & loss as well as key ratios for the Business Lines· Set & achieve ambitious profitable growth targets with high focus on market share & consolidated profitability · Implement and maintain solid and practical Territory Management plan including both Mining and Construction customers· Play a key role in future key partnerships with our mining customers· Develop a solid footprint in Sierra Leone, Liberia, together with other divisions· Systematic working capital management (inventories, receivables)· Systematic handling of customer complaints· Develop organization towards proactive sales· Ensure we always show ‘One face to the customer’· Support the Atlas Copco Group’s vision "First in Mind, First in Choice" by contributing continuously to the Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture· Make sure that the future direction of the company, expressed in mission, vision, strategies, goals and targets, is anchored through the organization· Proactively update expectations, raise the flags and report any deviations vs. the plan· Ensure that "The Way We Do Things" & "Business Code of Practice" is followed· Strong commitment to Occupational Safety and Health, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures· Foster the Atlas Copco attitude within your team and workplace and continuously develop the personnel under your responsibilityFrequent traveling is required, both domestic and abroad.
Experience requirements
Minimum of five years in Aftermarket management positionProven performance in managing and working in teams effectivelyPrior experience in a customer center environment preferredInternational experience is a plus
Knowledge
Thorough knowledge of all MRS systems, programs and processes. Excellent organizational development skills. A solid understanding of key financial indicators. Good computer and presentation skills.
Educational requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
