Job Details:
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
To ensure that all Business relevant Travel requirements as well as Reception duties are fulfilled in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities may include:
Travel Management-
• To handle/assist with all business related flights, ensuring that the offer & booking options are based on Global Travel Policy.
• Work with CWT to ensure that hotel bookings as well as transfers are offered to the traveller in line with our yearly hotel contracts.
• Assist with car rental and chauffeur service for business related outbound travel whenever needed.
• Assist with all outbound business visa requirements in coordination with the F&S Supporters.
• Ensure that the Quarterly plans received are in line with the departmental budget.
• Follow up and sign off all monthly invoices and handover the same to Finance for payment.
• Maintain an accurate travel database internally as well as external-CWT travellers profile.
• Update & overlook the Emirates Business Mile Skyward Program.
Reception Duties-
• To handle the switchboard for all incoming and transfer calls, faxes and the distribution of messages to all employees.
• To ensure a high level of hospitality to all guests (customers) according to adidas Group culture.
• Actively contribute to the effectiveness of the F& S team by supporting and co-operating
with colleagues and providing cover during period of absence.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Effective verbal and listening communications skills
• MS Office expertise
• Multi-cultural understanding
• High level of customer service skills
• Travel industry knowledge.
• Multi-tasking and Time Management skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Secondary school
• 3-5years administrational work experience...
