Responsibilities
*.The Jobentails managing Trend Sales and the sales team across the Middle East Region.The region comprises of GCC and Levant area plus Egypt, Libya
*.In thisJob the candidate has to be responsible for the revenue AOP for Trend ME business,channel development and management
*.Developrobust demand generation activities across the region with developers andconsultants
*.Responsibleof managing the Trend Sales team within ECC ME operations and taking activepart in strap development with the strategic Marketing team.
*.Workingclosely with Trend UK International Sales group as well across ECC ME.
*.Travellingacross the region (50%+)
*.Therole reports directly to the Regional General Manager, ECC Middle East.
*.Work across Marketing, Product Management andInternational sales team of Trend in EMEA as well as across ECC ME Functions
Qualifications
*.Minimum15 years experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) sales/project engineering,majority of which should be in the Middle East Region
*.At least five years experience in managing sales teams
*.The candidate should demonstrate strong sales management skills/key accountmanagement
*.Well versed with CRM tools and have ability to team across ECC in particular and Honeywell in general
*.Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
*.MBA would be added advantage
*.Excellent interpersonal skills, management skills and should be a result orientedindividual...
