Description:
Great communication skills – specifically knowing how to translate business needs into IT/DBA functionality and vise versa
Good working knowledge on writing, reviewing and improving the SQLs for best performance via using SQL server or any other relational databases
Experience with automating process, data security and standardizing environments
Knowledge on running the UAT, SIT and MTP Process
Experience with BI/BA tools like Tableau, Qlikview will be plus
Qualifications
Qualifications:
·BA in math, economics, finance or related field, or equivalent work experience; MBA is a plus
·Three to five years' experience as an analyst or consultant, a plus
·Familiarity with IT organizations and their business drivers
·Proficient financial modeling skills and an ability to present and explain complex analysis in an intuitive manner
·The ability to make timely decisions under tight deadlines, sometimes with incomplete information
·Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills working with a team
·Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
·Demonstrable attention to detail and organizational skills
·A good communicator, strong collaborator and team player
·Accustomed to open-door office setting
·Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Access, Excel and PowerPoint
