Marketing Specialist | UBS- Singapore

Job Details:
The global WM Marketing Communications team is responsible for the communications experience delivered to WM clients and prospects via all WM and Group content. The function will manage mainly non-CA delivered client communications across WM, ensuring that our clients and prospects receive information that is relevant, consistent, compelling and timely. Marketing Communications will provide centralized delivery services for all WM marketing functions.
This role sits in the Contact Optimization team within the overall Marketing Communications. While it's based in Singapore, it's a global role which will involve interaction with stakeholders and partners in different BAs and locations. This team has members in Zurich and Singapore.
Responsibilities:
*.Build and strengthen relationship with our business partners from the Markets, Sales Management and IPS; work closely with our partners and consult them in regards to marketing strategy
*.Develop, lead and implement internal and external Sales Campaigns and Initiatives
*.Plan and drive Marketing Initiatives which support awareness creation, roll-out and reinforcement of client solutions
*.Propose, implement and lead Direct Marketing activities on different channels, to different clients in all markets
*.Implement the message hierarchy in a client communications roadmap, select and drive the right messages and channels for each project and target group
Requirements:
*.Experience in financial markets and investment solutions, as well as marketing & communications
*.Ability to adapt complex information to the needs of selected client target groups
*.Good project management skills, ensuring that projects deliver in line with objectives, design standards, budgets, consumer expectations and risk mitigation
*.Creative team player who can also work independently & operate proactively...
