Job Details:
As a Network Engineer in the Operations team, you will be responsible for installation, Support and Fault / Problem handling for MPLS network based solutions, including telecom and ISP related services (Networks / VoIP, Firewalls / mobility / Domains / Hosting etc).
What we will expect you to do:
As a Network Engineer you will need to:
*.Be able to install, support, maintain and troubleshoot customer specific MPLS based networks, including all ISP and telecom related services.
*.Be able to assist customers with new requests, manage change and installations, and do 1st tier support (Troubleshooting).
*.High Profile / Low Level Installs, Configurations, Updates and Decommissioning of Services
*.Knowledge sharing and skills development within the team
*.Internal & External customer communication relating to Service Requests or above
*.Rapid turnaround on all SR’s & Workorders
*.Accuracy
*.Ownership of any given request or project from end to end
*.Adhoc documentation
*.Adhoc reporting
*.Adhoc customer consultation (Internal & External)
*.Trend analysis
*.Customer satisfaction
*.Be willing to work standby and afterhours
