Key Responsibilities
Project Management
*.Coordinate with all stakeholders within any assigned projects on installation progress,
*.Monitor the progress on Project Implementation,
*.Attend progress meeting with client and all other meeting needed for a smooth execution of the project,
*.Work with sub-contractor on the work activities as well as installation methodology,
*.Prepare progress claim submission,
*.Perform system configuration, testing, commissioning and handing over to client,
*.Able to handle multiple projects concurrently,
*.Prepare project documentation such as Project Plan, drawings and OMM, &
*.Handing over to Service Team upon the successful completion of project.
EHS Duties
*.Adhere to safe working procedures and principles introduced at the workplace,
*.Should not endanger yourself or others working around you through unsafe behaviour,
*.Should not tamper with any safety device or undertake any willful or reckless acts, &
*.Should also always correctly use any personal protective equipment provided at work.
Education And Experience
*.Degree in Engineering, with at least 2 years relevant experience in Project management in similar industries, will be much preferred.
*.Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in field service preferably in a Security system integration industry,
*.Ability to read blue prints and schematic drawings,
*.Excellent communication (oral as well as written) and presentation skills,
*.Team player with the ability to work cross functionally and to work with all levels of staff,
*.Substantial exposure to fast-paced, complex and rapid-growth environment, &
*.Possess high level of integrity and ethics when dealing with internal and external stakeholders...
