Description
• Use online store content management systems to execute and maintain merchandising, and featured product content on the Apple Stores (both online and mobile app platforms) across multiple geos, ensuring accuracy while meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Create and maintain documentation and drive best practices within the publishing organisation.
• Identify and drive ways to improve production processes and quality of assets delivered.
• Support Engineering testing and implementation of new web store features and functionality enhancements.
• Resolve a wide variety of code integrity and tools issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, coordinating with internal and external teams, to drive timely resolution of customer facing and internal issues.
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) for both your own work and that of the team, always striving for perfection.
• Stay up to speed on new Publishing tools and feature enhancements to existing systems.
• Retain open communication with global publishing teams.
Education Details
BA/BS degree, or equivalent.
Key Qualifications
5 years experience in technology, operations, retail, e-commerce and/or customer support organisation.
HTML,CSS and JavaScript proficient.
Understands e-commerce site architecture and maintenance.
Comfortable with complex database structures and queries.
Thrives in the face of ambiguity and constant change.
Must work well in the face of aggressive deadlines, while maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
Must be willing and able to accommodate flexible work schedule during critical business periods.
Must exhibit high degree of ownership and accountability.
Must be prepared to travel several times a year.
Language fluency in Mandarin is needed to support Chinese publishing activities required in Mandarin speaking countries
Excellent communication skills.
Additional Requirements
Previous e-commerce production experience preferred.
JavaScript and HTML5 experience.
Adobe Scene7/CQ5 experience...
