Key tasks
- Manage the calls effectively and quickly according to the hotel standards.
- Answer to any reservations inquiries using phone, e-mail and fax
- Handles Reservations and Reservation enquiries in a prompt and effective manner.
- Review arrivals, departures, VIP list and Food & Beverage Event Sheet to familiarize with the ongoing hotel status and activities.
- Handles guest complaints tactfully and pass on to the Reservations Manager or Duty Manger immediately for follow- up.
Level of Education Bachelor / Licence Areas of study Hospitality Management Professional experiences 1 to 2 years Languages essential English (Primary tongue)
Essential and optional requirements
Desired candidate should be a Hotel Management graduate with a minimum of 1 years’ experience as Reservations agent in a 5 star environment. Must be computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
