Position Description:
Software Process Controller & Operation Test Developer – QEKD- SW & El Manufacturing Engineering
The position holder will be responsible for the software preparation (time setting, validation and SW package creation and distribution). SWEL helpdesk duty towards APAC plants. You will also develop SW Prosit+ test operation that are used in our factory to validate the assembly of the product, in close cooperation with product development and our internal diagnostics engineers. in order to enable a seamless and efficient manufacturing process. S/he will also secure a verified product and support the industrialization phase and implementation in the Asian pacific regional plants and will be the main interface towards Electronics product engineering division in Bangalore and Ageo. The position holder will report to the SW & El manufacturing engineering director APAC.
Main responsibilities are:
*.Main interface towards GTT engineering in the DVP process for embedded software
*.Requirement specification for assigned responsibility area
*.Give specification input on tools need for the operation GTO Process
*.Identify product impact on current process and inform GTO Process or Intro Engineer
*.Provide product information to Intro Engineering for analyzing the impact on process solution
*.Assure product compliance with GTO technical requirements for the project
*.Evaluate and recommend product concepts related to SW
*.Contribute to the verification and sign-off of the SW solution and perform SW breakdown and time setting.
*.Do duty in SWEL helpdesk towards APAC plants
*.Manage internal GTO coordination and initiate and lead an internal GTO network with Manufacturing/Intro Engineers and product documentation engineers
*.Provide input to fault analysis and drive product problems resolution
*.Maintain and develop knowledge in area of responsibility
*.Design, specify and create Prosit + operations in respective tools for both new product development as well as maintenance.
*.Define the needed operations for the specific product based on;
*.The manufacturing process in concerned factory
*.Calibration needs
*.TR’s issued by GTT or system supplier
*.Legal demands
*.Create documentation as:
*.Test flow chart (by Visio tool)
*.Test specification
*.Variant description..
