Job Details:
*.Reporting to the Head of Digital Experience, you will be actively involved in design and further develop the visual appearance across all digital screens
*.Conduct usability testing including testing live sites, apps, prototypes.
*.Work with UX team to conduct applicable pre-launch user testing to ensure implemented designs meet user needs and brand experience expectations.
*.Actively conduct ongoing research on competitors and best practices, measure user behaviour, anticipate user roadblocks, and find ways to measure and report on them.
*.Communicate and present experience improvement recommendations to key stakeholders.
WHAT you''ll need:
*.Solid background in graphic design and/or advertising, strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals.
*.3+ years of experience in a user research, qualitative research, or industry analyst position.
*.Familiarity with text mining for customer feedback analysis and pooling into action items.
*.Ability to produce high-quality work quickly and iterate as much as necessary toward the best solutions.
*.Hands-on familiarity with prototyping tools such as Sketch or Flinto.
*.Excellent command of graphic programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design , Dreamweaver)
*.Good to have experience in Maya (for creating 3D visuals for booth layout and design)
*.Awareness of UX processes in multinational environments.
*.Excellent communication skills as persuasion and presentation to leadership is an intrinsic part of this role...
