Job Details:
Key Responsibilities (dependent upon experience);
*.Prepare internal valuations of selected property assets within the Bank`s portfolio
*.Carry out market research on property sectors and markets in a valuation context
*.Prepare valuation and strategy reports on a broad range of assets with a wide geographic range
*.Have significant interaction and engagement with a large number of Business Units with varied property exposures across the Bank
*.Ensure that all work is completed to the highest professional standard in the context of the applicable external and internal requirements
Key Requirements;
*.A Property Economics Degree from DIT or equivalent
*.A good understanding of property market dynamics and drivers in the context of the economy and property valuations
*.Strong commercial acumen with technical expertise in the real estate area
*.Knowledge and understanding of the principles of financial investment in property and a good understanding of development and income appraisal techniques in a variety of sectors
*.A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team and individually
*.Excellent oral communication and report writing skills
*.Ability to work within tight timelines
*.Proficiency in MS Word and Excel..
