Responsibilities:
The ISR will:
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assist potential customers during their evaluation process, create quotes and new customer accounts, co-ordinate with channel partners, and close sales
+ Keep Solarwinds management informed by maintaining accurate customer and pipeline records within SalesForce
+ Submit accurate and timely activity reports as required
+ Conduct product demonstrations via the internet to potential customer’s audiences that are both technical and non-technical
+ Provide Solarwinds Management with information about the local market opportunity and identifying new business opportunities and channel partnerships
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
+ Passion for selling (IT industry background preferable)
+ Enthusiastic and self starting approach
+ Demonstrable record of sales success against quota
+ Knowledge and experience of networking technologies and our overall business environment
+ Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Ability to use Microsoft Office/Exchange, and SalesForce
+ Fluent (written/oral) in English and, ideally another language
