Job Details:
In this role you will:
- Evaluate and suggest the best approach and design for new and migrating Exchange customers.
- Define and automate the best practices to setup, monitor, troubleshoot their workload.
- Build the tools to validate that workload confirms to the AWS best practices.
- Work with Windows OS engineers to expedite reproducing critical issues impacting customers and root causing them.
- Train support teams to handle the common and repeating issues.
- Continuously improve the delivery processes and customer facing documentation.
Basic Qualifications
*.Expert in Exchange Server 2010 and 2013 architecture and features.
*.Expert PowerShell author with 5+ year’s automation experience.
*.5+ years’ experience in implementing and troubleshooting, database availability groups, cluster continuous replication, single copy cluster and local continuous replication.
*.5+ years’ experience with Exchange client software and configuration.
*.Knowledge of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP and POP).
*.Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and data communications networks.
*.5+ years’ experience in Exchange operational strategies including data recovery, performance tuning, transaction log replay, replication, and mail flow.
*.Ability to manage challenging technical issues by setting customer expectations, devising and implementing action plans, and professionally communicating to all stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
*.Knowledge of AWS products
*.Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Lync Server
*.Knowlege of Active Directory (architecture, design, disaster recovery and troubleshooting), IIS, ISA & TMG.
*.Windows and Linux OS Debugging skills
*.Experience with network captures and network troubleshooting..
