Job Details:
As the operations associate, you will play an active role in contributing to the daily business and functionality of the team. Your work will be manual at the onset as the team develops tools with your valuable input. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than most projects, be highly process driven and have excellent ownership and follow-through skills. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, willingness to learn new things and a commitment to Customer Obsession and Customer Service.
Job Responsibilities:
*.Inbound receive, prep, stow, imaging and additional duties as assigned.
*.Adherence to strict safety and quality standards
*.If necessary perform needed cycle counts and/or relocate product virtually and physically
*.In the absence of the area manager and/or lead be able to be self-directed
Basic Qualifications
*.High School diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years old
*.Experience with inventory, bin types, containers, and fulfillment tools
*.Able to read and take direction in English
*.Must be in good standing
*.Commitment to a culture of safety
*.Must be able to work independently and without regular supervision
*.Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, team lead, and supervisor
*.Must be willing to cross train as needed to meet ever changing operational needs and have the ability to meet standards in all areas
*.Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs.
*.Must be able to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch and walk for long periods of time during shift.
*.Must be able to engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
Preferred Qualifications
*.Demonstrated positive work attitude & leadership skills
*.Ability to be certified to operate company vehicles
*.Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
*.Demonstrated ability to learn and apply with consistency in quality and output
*.Demonstrated ability to produce accurate work results and a high attention to detail in work products including paperwork
*.Advanced work experience or college degree work..
