Job Details:
The role of Logistics Services specialist exists within the Logistics Services team based in the APAC region. This is a fast moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success.
Description
Managing a wide variety of customer related queries for our internal customers: Applestore, Channel Order Management, Applecare & Retail and includes dealing with customer service escalations, monitoring returns deliveries, supplier loss claims.
Interacting with Applestore Sales Support, Suppliers and third-party warehousing on daily operational issues, post sale.
Processing of daily and weekly reports for RMA’s, in an accurate and timely manner. Compiling performance metrics into presentation format and presenting where required.
Liaison with key departments, Applestore, Channel OM, Retail and Applecare OM to maintain SLA’s e.g. reduce ageing RMAs and improve Cycle time.
Enhancing existing relations with customers and stakeholders.
Pro-active monitoring of open and distressed DN’s, follow through with enquiries to carriers and communications to Applestore.
A proactive role in ensuring customer satisfaction levels are consistently maintained.
Education Details
Diploma or Degree in related field is a plus
Key Qualifications
The successful candidate will be customer focused, motivated and articulate
Operations experience is essential, along with strong computer skills
The person should enjoy working in a team environment and must have a proven track record in working to deadlines and achieving targets
Experience in Sales Support, Suppliers and third-party warehousing on daily operational issues, post sale
Processing of daily and weekly reports for Return Management Authorization, in an accurate and timely manner
Additional Requirements
Relevant/similar experience is a distinct advantage. Experience in Keynote or Powerpoint a requirement. Knowledge of SAP is a distinct advantage. Intermediate to advanced Excel is desired.
Ability to work in an information-sensitive environment. Team player with the ability to work in a changing environment. Motivated and organised with the capacity to work to tight deadlines.
Excellent written communication skills and good verbal communication is a prerequisite for the role. Ability to use discretion and work on own initiative. As this job is in direct relation to order volume, flexibility is required and will occasionally involve work outside normal business hours and at weekends. Intermediate to Advanced level of Excel would be a distinct advantage, as would experience in Keynote or similar presentation applications...
