Position Summary
Reporting to Vice President, Sales, this position provides administrative support to the Vice President Sales in managing the day to day operations of all the Global Sales offices. This includes coordinating all Global Sales activities, generating all GSO productions data for reporting purposes and functional liaison/ collaboration with property based Director of Sales and Marketing and their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
*.Provide day to day administration support to Vice President Sales in managing the operations of all the GSO offices (South Asia, USA, Japan, China & Oceania).
*.Assist and coordinate all global and regional tradeshows, roadshows and client events organized by all Global Sales Offices.
*.Generate all GSO offices monthly productions data for reporting and any other reports required.
*.Collaborate with hotel sales teams and Global Sales Offices to assist customers in regards to appointments, proposals, contracts and information.
*.Participate in any projects assigned.
*.Set up and maintain a good filing/e-filing system to enable easy retrieval of information.
*.Undergo all sales training and personal development programs assigned.
*.Be a brand ambassador for the group and articulate the initiatives and brand core values...
*.Minimum 2 years in Administrative role
*.Well versed with the sales systems and other systems such as Sales Force Automation, Lanyon, 3rd Party RFP systems, etc.
*.A good eye for details and service-orientated
*.Able to communicate seamlessly and efficiently to both internal and external customers
*.Able to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
*.Strong knowledge of hotel industry, especially in Sales function.
