Role Description
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll help our Fortune 500 prospects understand the power of Dropbox for Business. Responsibilities
*.Manage the full sales cycle, from building awareness and generating leads to communicating Dropbox‰'s value proposition to customers and closing large deals
*.Build and manage a sales pipeline while growing successful client relationships from initial contact to point of sale
*.Evaluate opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and retention within a book of business
*.Deliver awe-inspiring product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of Dropbox for Business
*.Be the voice of the customer to the product team
*.Help scale processes including lead generation, presentation, negotiation, recruiting, and more
*.Develop deep understanding of the Dropbox solution -- as well as those of competitors
*.Manage, track, and report all sales activities and results with Salesforce
Requirements
*.4+ years of client-facing experience in Australia or New Zealand with at least one year being enterprise level sales
*.Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
*.Team player with excellent collaboration skills to build relationships across the company
*.Results driven while able to cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients across a multitude of industries
*.Fearless attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale a global sales engine
*.Prior experience at Internet or SaaS companies is a plus
*.Fluency in both English and one or more of the following languages is a plus: Chinese, Japanese, Korean
*.Bachelor‰'s degree
