The Dow Chemical Company has an exciting opportunity for right individual to fill the role of Reliability Engineer in Cilegon Plant. Reliability Engineer will lead of maintenance team that is a part of manufacturing organization provides leadership and delivers engineering solution to achieve business expectation.
Responsibility
*.Facilitate development of the business / facility maintenance strategy, and solves reliability and availability losses through application of reliability technology and tools to enable the plant to meet its business plan and strategy and therefore the customer’s need. This result is achieved by focusing on those opportunities that over a long-term period or historically has impacted the plant’s measured asset capability and the opportunities identified as "high-risk" in risk assessments, reliability models, etc.
*.Provides engineering support to those plant issues that are impacting production over a short period of time. In this role the engineer provides technical expertise which may be equipment based or repair technique based which impacts the availability and maintainability of the facility
*.Provides the maintenance link to the business for budgeting/goal alignment, ensures work process compliance and use of most effective technology within the empowered team.
*.Develops, plans and schedules PPM activities that are required to support the maintenance strategy the meets the needs of the business employing long term cost of ownership principles.
*.Applies the maintenance work process, global tools and most effective technology. The individual is accountable for functional goals and for establishing financial plan that is consistent with the business needs and for supplying best in class maintenance service through the use of effective leveraging of resources.
*.Participates in advanced trouble shooting and coaches others to learn these skills.
*.Develops and monitors Short interval Controls (SICs) and takes action to address deviations and achieve targeted maintenance.
*.Initiates changes to maintenance procedures to ensure they are valid and up to date. Works with maintenance crew in this respect.
*.Networks with other engineers on site and within the global business to leverage knowledge on plant operations
*.Participate site ODMS / ISO / EH&S / Process Safety program
*.As required communicate technical information and issues to plant personnel, Technology or Expertise centers.
*.As required participates on and leads teams in his/her area of accountability

Requisition
*.Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument Engineering
*.Having 1-5 years relevant working experience
*.Self-motivated, responsible, hard worker, able work under pressure, Honesty, detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to work in a team.
*.A high level of written and verbal communication skill in English
*.Must be able to apply software applications to respond to requests with attention to detail and accuracy. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
*.Familiar with SAP
*.Familiar with management system implementation such as ISO, maintenance work process, etc.
*.Safety Oriented
*.Must be an organized self-starter exhibiting good judgment and the flexibility to adapt priority changes and demands....
