Job Details:
As a member of the Flipp Finance team you will be working with the Director of Revenue to optimize budgets given to us by our retail partners for the Flipp's Performance Network through the timely, accurate and efficient implementation of Flipp's products in all distribution channels and be directly responsible for the growth of our business.

*.Responsible for managing the Flipp's Performance Network you will be accountable for planning, analyzing, and optimizing budgets given to us by our partners by working directly with the Sales Team to identify gaps between supply/demand and actual vs planned performance.
*.Correctly enter, monitor and control all quotas in the system.
*.Compile data, analyze trends and regularly communicate to all relevant teams forecasts to ensure appropriate budget levels are maintained to maximize revenue.
*.You will actively participate in the development, integration, and troubleshooting of new and existing analyses, tools, and reports.
*.Through analysis of past performance conduct comprehensive reviews to ensure proper allocation of budget is made through Flipp products and make appropriate recommendations.
*.Measure, monitor and effectively evaluate processes, policies and procedures to look for ways of improvement.
*.Provide communication within the team that is consistent and thorough, ensuring all relevant information is understood by all parties and that all requirements are communicated.
*.In collaboration with the Director of Revenue and Sales teams, work towards the achievement of the companies financial and strategic goals.
*.Have a strong attention to detail and regularly make complex decisions with limited information on short timeframes.
*.Working in a highly complex and rapidly changing environment.
*.Perform any additional duties as requiredWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
*.Bachelor’s Degree (Quantitative Economics/Math/Stats/Business/Engineering)
*.1+ years of relevant work experience (new grads welcome)
*.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
*.Salesforce experience would be an asset
*.Excellent communication skills - you have a way with words & can connect easily with others
*.Highly organized time management skills - you’re able to juggle multiple priorities at once...
