As a financial analyst, your role is to ensure that IBM makes sound financial decisions. Your responsibilities could include budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, resource allocation, tracking key financial metrics, portfolio analysis, data modeling and developing new tools. Your work is integral to IBM's growth initiatives and will be used in executive decision making. Skills development is ongoing with on the job training and structured learning programs. You are expected to gain a demonstrated understanding of IBM's business and develop into leaders.We are looking for people who enjoy collaborating globally, use data analytics to provide actionable insights and have a passion for the IT industry.Preferred candidates may have the following:• BS/BA degree in finance, accounting, economics, operations management or Math.• Experience with statistical and predictive models.
