Job Details:
Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
You will provide advertising solutions to consumers and businesses across different verticals (Travel, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Finance) in Asia Pacific. This job is a mix of finding and managing new and existing business customer relationships. Working closely with the Industry Head to develop Google's marketplace, you'll combine a strong knowledge of the industry and demonstrated fluency in the language of media with strong presentation, analytical and communication skills. You'll be responsible for the relationships with clients and agencies, targeting, educating and developing new clients to grow the business in un-penetrated territory. This means you have excellent client-servicing and relationship skills along with the entrepreneurial drive to approach and persuade new and existing customers with large, multi-faceted solution propositions.
Responsibilities
*.Foster and develop strong relationships at a senior level with clients and their marketing services agencies.
*.Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans based on a consultative sales approach and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations.
*.Collaborate and consult with major customers with the goal of extending relationships, increasing the client and agency base.
*.Manage an internal virtual team to deliver agreed-upon solutions, including coaching on workflow, client management, pitching, opportunity analysis.
*.Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at targeted events and conferences.
Minimum qualifications
*.BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
*.8 years of sales and marketing experience in media or advertising industry.
Preferred qualifications
*.Experience in business development, client relationship and servicing skills together with consultative selling and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
*.Media experience with a good understanding of search.
*.Ability to mentor account managers in an effort to drive their performance.
