Job Details:
The primary focus of this position is Manulife Indonesia (AJMI and MAMI). The supervisor works under the direction of the AVP (A) or (B)
1. Complete audit assignments in accordance with department standards
2. Manage assignments within time budgets and target dates, reporting any timing problems or budget over-runs to supervisor or manager
3. Assist the lead in communicating/conducting interviews with management regarding the risks being managed by business unit
4. Document the results of the interviews with management
5. Perform and document audit testing based on the key controls. Conclude the control design and operating effectiveness
6. Identify exceptions during testing and discuss the exceptions with the project lead
7. Assist in the quarterly follow up on audit findings or other small projects such as branch audits
8. Participate in any Company projects as an advisory role based on the assignment form the Head of Audit Services, Asia (Indonesia)
9. Maintain good working relationships with the auditee, external audit or any relevant organization.
10. Actively participate in the Audit Services’ initiatives
Qualifications
*.Education Minimum of Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
*.Professional/Trade Qualification A recognized accounting (CPA) or auditing (CIA, CISA) designation is desirable but not required
*.Experiences Minimum of 1 years audit (internal and/or external) or compliance or risk management experience or equivalent business experience
*.Computer Proficiency Microsoft Office, and use of computer assisted audit techniques (CAATs) such as ACL
*.Good Communication Skill in English both verbal and written
*.Demonstrate basic understanding of business processes and their risk implications, analyze situations, reach appropriate conclusions, and make value-added and practical recommendations
*.Customer focus and commitment to quality
*.Results oriented
*.Ability to deal effectively with audit management.
*.Ability to work as a team member
