Position Description
• Execute the sales strategy to all customers and through all sales channels within
the designated region to deliver results, meeting or exceeding the revenue objectives.
• Execute marketing plans, develope new sales channels
Essential Job Functions
• Achieve AOP financial goals for revenue and growth
• Execute sales objectives and implement the plan to achieve the sales objectives
• Execute marketing plans and develope new sales channels
• Manage and maximize the performance of the sales channels and growing the relationship
with end-users
• Prospecting new channels and customers
• Exemplify and promote HON’s vision, direction, and culture by managing indirect sales
channels and holding the channels accountable to exceed targets and comply with HON
values
• To support the Voice of the Customer and collaborate with other functional managers to
ensure HON delivers products and services exceeding customer expectations
Qualifications
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, in English and strong team player
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical accreditation
• 3 or more years experience in sales
• Desire and willingness to be held accountable for delivering business results
• Proven ability to deliver sales and adapt to change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
